Please describe why someone applying to graduate school who is interested in a female-friendly department should choose your department.

Women have done exceedingly well who graduate from the department both at the undergraduate and graduate level. Undergraduates have gone on to graduate school (Lincoln Labs and Vanderbilt being the most recent)and four have chosen Medical school over the past 5 years.
