Special Needs Accommodations

APS wishes to take any steps required to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently due to the absence of auxiliary aids and services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act.

If special needs accommodations are necessary in order for you to participate in an APS organized meeting, please communicate your needs in advance to the APS Meetings Department by:
  • Registering early for the meeting
  • Checking the appropriate box on the registration form
  • Sending an email request to the APS Meetings Department
