Budget Committee

The membership of the Budget Committee shall consist of the President-Elect and four members of the Council appointed by the President to staggered two-year terms. The President-Elect shall serve as Chairperson. The Committee shall meet with the Operating Officers during the initial budget planning process to establish overall goals and objectives for the next fiscal year and again as the budget is in the final stages of preparation. The Committee shall provide the Treasurer with strategic guidance and with critical consideration of fundamental budget assumptions.
